Gallatin AI today announced it will partner with Booz Allen Hamilton to drive innovation and transform DoD logistics. With Booz Allen’s technical solutioning and network of more than 1,100 logisticians, this collaboration will deliver real-time visibility and predictive modeling of logistics operations from headquarters to the tactical edge across the DoD enterprise.
“Partnering with Booz Allen gives us unparalleled access to the technical innovation and logistics expertise we need to accelerate Navigator’s operational impact,” said Woody Glier, CEO of Gallatin. “Together, we’re tackling the complexities of predictive logistics in contested environments - accelerating decisions and workflows across multi-echelon, multi-domain logistics operations on a timeline that meets today’s urgent operational demands—delivering results in months, not years.”
Recent conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East have repeatedly demonstrated how susceptible traditional logistics networks are to disruption, with commanders required to make split-second decisions to reroute supplies and adapt to rapidly changing conditions. The growing complexity of modern warfare, coupled with adversaries' abilities to quickly target supply lines and communications, has made traditional logistics planning cycles obsolete. Warfighters need both a real time prediction capability and a significant reduction in the data-to-decision cycle in military resupply planning and execution.
The partnership between Gallatin and Booz Allen will directly address these challenges by bringing AI-powered operational decision-making and comprehensive, data-driven logistics planning and simulation capabilities to the DoD.
“As an advanced technology company, we prioritize investments that help to rapidly solve today's emerging mission and operational challenges,” said Ki Lee, Senior Vice President at Booz Allen. “We are excited for this joint effort with a software productization company like Gallatin to accelerate the deployment of AI-based logistics solutions to the Department and increase resiliency at the operational edge. Partnering with innovative new entrants to the defense ecosystem like Gallatin illustrates the power of a whole of nation approach to bring speed and scale to our warfighters.”
